Rice Recipes

LEMON RICE

Rice 2 cups
Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Mustard 1/4 tsp
Urad dhall 1tsp
Channa dhall 2 tsp
Green chilies 2 chopped
Cooking oil 4 tsp
Salt
Curry leaves
  • Cook rice with less water.
  • Heat the oil and Fry mustard, urad dal, green chills, curry leaves,
    turmeric, add lemon juice and salt to the above and mix it well.
  • Add cooked rice and mix it gently.
