- Clean
and chop coriander leaves. Grind this with 1 chopped onion,
ginger, chopped green chili, garlic, fennel seeds, coconut and
little water. Keep it aside.
- Heat
the cooker pan with butter and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,
curry leaves, 2 chopped onion- fry until it it becomes
translucent.
- Add
green peas and stir fry for a min. Now add ground paste and fry
for 2 minutes, add rice and again fry for a min. Add salt
and 4 cup water.
- Cook
in the medium heat until the rice is done.
