CHILI
GARLIC FRIED RICE

- Wash the rice
and soak for 1 hour and drain the water. Keep it aside for 15
min.
- Heat the pan
with the oil, add the soaked rice and fry well till it turns light
brown.
- Take it out from the pan and add 3 cup of water.
- Make a paste
of the red chili, vinegar using the blender.
- Heat the pan
with the oil, add chopped tomato, chopped green pepper, fry well.
- Add the chopped onion fry until it become light brown, add chopped
garlic and fry for few seconds.
- Add the chili paste and fry for 30
seconds.
- Add the rice
with water and salt, mix well, cook until the rice becomes cooked
well.
