CHILI GARLIC FRIED RICE

Basmati rice 2 cup
Onion 2
Tomato 1
Green pepper 1/2
Garlic 4 cloves
Red chili 5
Vinegar 1 tsp (or lemon juice)
Salt
Oil
  • Wash the rice and soak for 1 hour and drain the water. Keep it aside for 15 min.
  • Heat the pan with the oil, add the soaked rice and fry well till it turns light brown.
  • Take it out from the pan and add 3 cup of water.
  • Make a paste of the red chili, vinegar using the blender.
  • Heat the pan with the oil, add chopped tomato, chopped green pepper, fry well.
  • Add the chopped onion fry until it become light brown, add chopped garlic and fry for few seconds.
  • Add the chili paste and fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add the rice with water and salt, mix well, cook until the rice becomes cooked well.
