- Cut
green chilli and ginger into very small pieces.
- Cook
rice in a pressure cooker and keep it aside.
- Pour
sour curd, milk, salt to the rice and mix well.
- Heat
3 tsp of oil and fry mustard seeds, urud dal, chopped
chili, ginger and curry leaves.
- Add
this to the curd rice and mix well.
- Mix
chopped mango to add taste.
- Serve
with any kind of pickle.
