- Chop
the onions, chilies, curry leaves finely and mix it in a bowl.
- Add
the gram flour, rice flour, salt and mix loosely and leave it for
5 min. Do not add water at all. It should be very thick to get
crunchy pakodas.
- Heat
oil in a fry pan and drop the mixture in the form of even sized
pieces.
- Deep
fry until it turns golden brown.
