PAKODA

Gram flour 1 cup
Rice flour 1 tbsp
Onion 2
Green chili 3
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
  • Chop the onions, chilies, curry leaves finely and mix it in a bowl.
  • Add the gram flour, rice flour, salt and mix loosely and leave it for 5 min. Do not add water at all. It should be very thick to get crunchy pakodas.
  • Heat oil in a fry pan and drop the mixture in the form of even sized pieces.
  • Deep fry until it turns golden brown.
