VEGETABLE BAJJI

Gram flour 2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Potato 2 medium
Egg plant 1 medium
Onion 1 medium
Green Pepper 1 medium
Salt
Oil
  • Take gram flour and rice flour and mix it with water to make into a loose batter.
  • Add salt, red chili powder, asafoetida, and turmeric powder.
  • Slice the vegetables very thin.
  • Dip it in the flour batter and deep fry in the oil until it becomes golden brown.
