2 tomatoes 2 onions 2 green bell peppers 2 Tbsp. vinegar 4 Tbsp. canola (or other vegetable) oil Salt and pepper, to taste Cut all the ingredients in small pieces, then add the dressing. Chill until serving time. Serves 4 to 6.
