Love it with Thai Chicken Satay. 2 Tbsp. peanut oil 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper 1/4 c. fresh lime juice 1/4 c. light soy sauce 2/3 c. crunchy or smooth peanut butter 1/3 c. coconut milk 1/4 c. coriander, chopped Cook onion and garlic in the peanut oil till translucent. Add all other ingredients and simmer 10 mins.
