Recipe for cooking cow patty cobbler

2 c. flour 4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 (one and one-half) c. sugar 4 tsp. cocoa 1/4 c. canola (or other vegetable) oil 1 c. milk 1 c. chopped pecans 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 8 tsp. cocoa powder 3 1/2 (three and a half) c. boiling water Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa. Stir in oil, milk and pecans. Pour into a Dutch oven. Mix together brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle and distribute over top of cake batter. Pour boiling water over the top. DO NOT STIR! Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 45 mins.
