Recipe for cooking green chile hominy

2 (13 ounce) cans white hominy 3 Tbsp. onion, grated 1 1/2 (one and one-half) c. sour cream Salt, to taste 1 1/2 (one and one-half) c. jack cheese, shredded 4 roasted green chiles, skins and seeds removed, chopped, or 2 small can green chiles, chopped Mix all ingredients together in a large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 1/2 an hour. Serves 12.
