Recipe for cooking sour cream peach pie

One 9-in. graham cracker crust
Filling
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sour cream
6 med.-size ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
Topping
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, egg, vanilla extract and sour cream. Fold in peaches to coat well. Pour into the graham cracker crust. Bake for 15 mins.; reduce heat to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Bake for an additional 1/2 an hour.
Combine Topping ingredients and crumble over warm pie. Bake for an additional 10 mins. at 400 degrees fahrenheit.
