CORIANDER SOUP

Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Water 2 cup
Salt
  • Wash and clean the coriander leaves. Chop the leaves.
  • Boil 1 cup water and add the chopped coriander, leave for 5 min.
  • Remove from heat and let it be cool.
  • Mix water with little corn flour and keep it aside.
  • Filter the coriander mixture and make the broth out of the coriander leaves.
  • Heat the pan and boil the coriander broth and add corn flour mixture to it.
  • Add salt and pepper, cook for 2 min.
