CORIANDER
SOUP
| Coriander

| Corn
flour |
1 tbsp |
| Black
pepper |
1 tsp |
| Water |
2 cup |
| Salt |

- Wash and clean the coriander
leaves. Chop the leaves.
- Boil 1 cup water and add the
chopped coriander, leave for 5 min.
- Remove from heat and let it be
cool.
- Mix water with little corn flour and keep it aside.
- Filter the coriander mixture and make the broth out of the coriander leaves.
- Heat the pan and boil the
coriander broth and add corn flour mixture to it.
- Add salt and pepper, cook
for 2 min.
