VEGETABLE CORN SOUP

Whole corn 1
Beans 5
Carrot 1
Cabbage 2 leaves
Onion 1 small
Tomato 1 small
Cauliflower 2 florets
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil
  • Cut all the vegetables into fine pieces.
  • Cook the corn in the pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  • When the corn is cooled, take the corn kernels by cutting the sides and grind it with adding little water.
  • Heat the pan with the oil, add the cut vegetables and fry it for 15 mints in the medium heat.
  • When it is cooked add 2 cups of water and salt.
  • When water starts to boil, turn off the stove and add black pepper and the ground corn to it and mix well.
