MUSHROOM SOUP

Mushroom 2 cup
Mushroom stock 2 cup
Carrots 2
Celery 2
Onion 1
Potato 3
Green onion 1 bunch
Pepper 2 tsp
Salt
Basil
  • Clean and slice mushrooms, carrots, celery, onion, and potatoes and cook in mushroom stock until tender.
  • Add parsley, green onions, basil. Cook a few more minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat the soup for 2 more min in a low heat.
