CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER SOUP

Flour 1 lb
Chicken broth 3 cup
Water 2 cup
Ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Cauliflower florets 5 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Salt
  • Combine water & broth in a Large Saucepan; Bring into boil.
  • Add cauliflower florets to the boiled broth.
  • Reduce heat & cook 10 min. Remove Cauliflower from broth. reserving broth.
  • Cut cauliflower into fine pieces.
  • Combine milk , flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper. add to reserved broth.
  • Stirring well with a whisk. Add chopped cauliflower & bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat & simmer for 15 min.
