| Water |

| Ground
nutmeg |
1/2 tsp |
| Pepper |
1/4 tsp |
| Cauliflower
florets |
5 cup |
| Milk |
1/2 cup |
| Salt |

- Combine
water & broth in a Large Saucepan; Bring into boil.
- Add
cauliflower florets to the boiled broth.
- Reduce
heat & cook 10 min. Remove Cauliflower from broth. reserving broth.
- Cut
cauliflower into fine pieces.
- Combine
milk , flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper. add to reserved broth.
- Stirring
well with a whisk. Add chopped cauliflower & bring to boil.
- Reduce
heat & simmer for 15 min.
