CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM SOUP

Chicken breast 1/2 lb
Sesame Oil 2 tsp
Chicken Stock 2 cup
Mushrooms sliced 1 cup
Parsley
Salt

  • Thinly slice the chicken breast.
  • Bring the chicken stock to boil and add the chicken and mushrooms.
  • When the soup starts to boil again add salt and pepper and heat for 3 min.
  • Add the sesame oil and sprinkle the parsley on top.
