BROCCOLI FLORETS SOUP

Potatoes diced 2 cup
Thyme 1/2 tsp
Celery 2
Carrots 2
Broccoli florets 3 cup
Garlic clove 1
Onion 1
Vegetable stock 2 cup
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt
  • In a saucepan, place potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, garlic, stock bring to a boil.
  • cover, lower heat, and simmer until vegetables are very tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Potatoes must be fully cooked to thicken the soup properly.
  • While the soup is simmering, steam the broccoli florets.
  • When the simmered vegetables are tender, transfer it to pan.
  • Stir in broccoli florets. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
