CREAM
OF SPINACH SOUP

cup(cream 1/4 cup) |

- Wash
and clean the spinach and cook the spinach until it tender.
- Then
blend it with little onion and garlic paste and set aside.
- Heat
the pan with oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, red chiliand
fry, now add the chopped onion and fry well until it becomes golden brown.
- Then
add the all purpose flour and fry and add the blended mixture and bring to boil in a low heat.
- Now
add salt and milk and mix well.
