3 Tbsp. butter 2 c. finely chopped, cooked spinach 1 Tbsp. flour 1/2 c. cream Salt, pepper and nutmeg Trace of sugar Melt butter. Add cooked spinach and cook 3 mins. Sprinkle and distribute with flour. Stir well. Add cream. Cook 5 mins. Season to taste.
