Recipe for cooking spinach casserole

2 pkg. frozen spinach
6 tsp. butter
1 tsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushrooms
Pin. of dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Cook spinach. In saucepan, melt butter; add flour. Cook until bubbly. Blend in milk. Add seasonings, mushrooms and spinach. Pour into casserole dish.
Topping
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Mix ingredients together. Pour over spinach mixture and bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 15 to 20 mins.
