- Soak cashew for 1 hour. Grind the coconut and cashews in the blender very
smoothly.
- Heat the
pan with 2 tbsp of ghee and add grounded paste and fry well.
- Add sugar and stir well for about 15-20 min.
- Stir continuously to avoid sticking.
- Cook until the mix becomes very thick.
- Apply the
remaining ghee in a plate uniformly and pour the mix.
- Cut into diamond shape pieces when it is hot.
- Refrigerate
and serve cold.
