- Roast the cashewsin2
tsp ghee until it becomes golden brown.
- Grind the sugar nicely and keep it aside.
- Heat
the pan with the ghee and add besan flour and fry on low heat until aroma comes
out.
- Take
a bowl and add fried besan flour and ground sugar, mix well.
- Then
add milk , saffron and ghee to the mixture.
- Take
some mix (golf ball size) and make a round shape ball.
- Raisinscan
also be added for taste while adding cashews.
