BESAN LADDU

Besan flour 1 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Ghee (melted butter) 1/2 cup
Saffron 1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts 3/4 cup
Milk 1 tbsp
  • Roast the cashewsin2 tsp ghee until it becomes golden brown.
  • Grind the sugar nicely and keep it aside.
  • Heat the pan with the ghee and add besan flour and fry on low heat until aroma comes out.
  • Take a bowl and add fried besan flour and ground sugar, mix well.
  • Then add milk , saffron and ghee to the mixture.
  • Take some mix (golf ball size) and make a round shape ball.
  • Raisinscan also be added for taste while adding cashews.
