MANGO
FRUIT SALAD
| Mango |

medium (or 1 mango pulp tin) |
| Light
cream |
1/2
cup (or very thick milk) |
| Cut
mixed fruits |
pineapple,
apple, cherry, papaya, seedless grapes, peach, pears |
- Making mango
pulp: Peel the ripe mango and cut into pieces.
- Blend this into a mixerwith
1/4 cup water to make the pulp.
- Tinned
mango pulpcan be used - kesaror
Alphonsais preferred.
- Mix the light
cream into the pulpbystirring continuously.
- Add all the
cut fruits into the mix.
- Tinned
fruit cocktail can be used but remove
all the syrup before adding.
- Refridgerateand
serve cold.
