MANGO FRUIT SALAD

Mango 8 medium (or 1 mango pulp tin)
Light cream 1/2 cup (or very thick milk)
Cut mixed fruits pineapple, apple, cherry, papaya, seedless grapes, peach, pears
  • Making mango pulp: Peel the ripe mango and cut into pieces.
  • Blend this into a mixerwith 1/4 cup water to make the pulp.
  • Tinned mango pulpcan be used - kesaror Alphonsais preferred.
  • Mix the light cream into the pulpbystirring continuously.
  • Add all the cut fruits into the mix.
  • Tinned fruit cocktail can be used but remove all the syrup before adding.
  • Refridgerateand serve cold.
