COCONUT LADOOS

Milk maid 200 ml (sweetend condensed milk)
Coconut 4 cup (shredded)
Cashews 10
Raisins 10
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Ghee (Melted Butter) 3 tsp
  • Heat the butter and roastthe cashew nuts until it becomes golden brown. Keep it aside.
  • Roast the grated coconut in a dry pan over slow flame until the aroma of coconut comes out.
  • Mix in the condensed milk and cook on slow flame till the mixture becomes dry and blends well.
  • Roast cashews and raisins in ghee and add it to the mix.
  • Also add cardamoms and mix well.
  • Wait until the mixture cools down to a temperature where the hand can withstand the heat.
  • Now make into even balls (golfballsize)by pressing lightly with hand. Allow to cool - ladoo is ready.
