COCONUT

200 ml (sweetend
condensed milk) |
| Coconut |

(Melted Butter) |

- Heat
the butter and roastthe cashew nuts until it becomes golden
brown. Keep it aside.
- Roast the grated coconut in
a dry pan over slow flame until the aroma of coconut comes out.
- Mix in the condensed milk
and cook on slow flame till the mixture becomes dry and blends well.
- Roast
cashews and raisins in ghee and add it to the mix.
- Also
add cardamoms and mix well.
- Wait
until the mixture cools down to a temperature where the hand can withstand the
heat.
- Now
make into even balls (golfballsize)by pressing lightly with hand.
Allow to cool - ladoo is ready.
