- Cut
the Jackfruit into small pieces and cook it along with moong dal in pressure
cooker for 3 whistles.
- Take
the cooked jackfruit and dal, grind it into a smooth paste without adding water.
- Heat
the pan with the oil, add water and 1 1/2 cup jaggery to it.
- When it boils
switch off the gas and filter it. And boil the filtered jaggery again in the
simmer (until if u drop a tsp of jaggery in 1/4 cup of water, it will be able to
round it).
- Now add the smashed jackfruit into it. When it starts boiling simmer
the stove.
- Add 2 cup coconut milk to the above mixture and let it boil, when it
starts boiling remove the flame.
- Now add the other can of coconut milk to
it.
- Roast
cashewnuts in ghee until it becomes golden brown.
- Add the roasted cashewnuts
and a tbsp of ghee to this prathaman.
