MILK BEDA

Half&Half milk 1/2 liter (16 oz)
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Pista nut 10 chopped
  • Keep 100ml of milk aside and boil the rest in the simmer until it becomes 1/3.
  • Regular whole milk can be used instead but use 1 liter and boil in the simmer until it becomes 1/6.
  • Now mix the corn flour with the cold milk and then add it to the boiling milk, stir well, until corn flour is cooked well.
  • Stir slowly and add sugar and pista, mix well. Constantly in low heat until the mixture turns into a soft paste.
  • After some time, it will become hard, now take a tbsp of this mix and make a thick disc shaped bedas.
