Recipe for cooking Thai Bananas in Coconut Milk

1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
3 large bananas, sliced
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pin. of salt
Over med. heat, simmer coconut milk, bananas, brown sugar, vanilla extract and salt for 10 mins. Serve immediately.
