AMARIND AVAL UPMA

Aval(Rice Flake) 1 cup
Tamarind juice 2 cup
Redchillies 3
Mustard Seeds 1/2tsp
Urad dal 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Asafoetida a pinch
Oil
Salt
  • Heat the pan with the oil and add red chillies, musturd seeds,urad dal,a pinch of asafoetida.
  • When it pops add the tamarind juice, salt, turmeric powder and heat it.
  • When it comes to boil add aval,cover the pan.
  • Stir it and cook for 3 mins.
