- Clean and
soak aval in 400ml.water.Keep it for half an hour.
- After
an hour drain the water and keep it aside.
- Cut
all the vegetables into thin long pieces.
- Heat
the pan with the ghee add cumin seeds, curry leaves, then
add the vegetables and garam masala fry until it cooked.
- When
it is cooked add salt and aval(after draining water).
- Cook
until the aval becomes soft or cook for 5 min.
