- Soak
idly rice and urud dal, fenugreek seed in water for about
4-5 hours, soaked together.
- Drain
the water from the dal and fenugreek seed andrice,
grind it with little water.
- Grind for 10- 15 min. Now mix
the ground items and add salt.
- Keep
aside for 18-20 hours. Mix well.
- Heat
the pan and spread oil on it.
- When
the pan is fully heated, take some flour and spread it on the pan
into a round shape.
- Turn
it over so that both sides are cooked well.
