DOSAI

Idly rice 3 cup
Urud dal 3/4 cup
Fenugreek seed 1/2 tsp
Salt
  • Soak idly rice and urud dal, fenugreek seed in water for about 4-5 hours, soaked together.
  • Drain the water from the dal and fenugreek seed andrice, grind it with little water.
  • Grind for 10- 15 min. Now mix the ground items and add salt.
  • Keep aside for 18-20 hours. Mix well.
  • Heat the pan and spread oil on it.
  • When the pan is fully heated, take some flour and spread it on the pan into a round shape.
  • Turn it over so that both sides are cooked well.
