- Soaked
the rice in water for 15 min.
- Grind
mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chili, black pepper, curry leaves
and 1 garlic clove, grind
with little water and keep it aside.
- Heat
the pan with the oil and fry garlic cloves until it becomes soft
and keep it aside.
- Heat another pan
with the oil and fry mustard seed, cumin seeds and ground mixture.
- Then add 1
cup of water, turmeric and salt and let it to boil for 5 min.
- Now add garlic
cloves and lower the heat and it cook for 2 min.
