- Fry
urud dal and coconut with little oil.
- Grind the fried urud dal and coconut in blender with little water
into paste. Keep
it aside.
- Cook
the toor dal with turmeric powder and keep it aside.
- Heat
the pan with the oil and add chopped okra and add tamarind juice, sambar
powder, mix well. Let it boil for 4 min.
- Now
add the cooked toor dal and salt. Let it boil for 5 min.
- Add
the urad dal, coconut paste, mix well.
- Cook
in the medium heat until it becomes thick gravy.
- Heat the another pan with the oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal
and curry leaves, fry for a min. Add this to the gravy and mix
well.
- Garnish
with the chopped coriander leaves.
