Vegetarian Curry Recipes

MANGO PULISSERY

Ripe mango 1
Coconut 1
Green chili 3
Red chili 3
Buttermilk 1 cup
Jaggery 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
  • Peel the mango skin and cook well by adding water,salt, turmeric powder and jaggery.
  • Now mash the cooked mango and keep it aside.
  • Grind coconut, green chili, buttermilk in the blender and mix it with the mashed mango.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry mustard seed, fenugreek seed, curry leaves. Then add the above mixture to it and mix well.
  • Keep stirring under the low heat for 5 min and it never boil.
