- Peel the
mango skin and cook well by adding water,salt, turmeric powder
and jaggery.
- Now
mash the cooked mango and keep it aside.
- Grind
coconut, green chili, buttermilk in the blender and mix it
with the mashed mango.
- Heat
the oil in a pan and fry mustard seed, fenugreek seed, curry
leaves. Then add the above mixture to it and mix well.
- Keep
stirring under the low heat for 5 min and it never boil.
