- Cut
tomato into small pieces and keep aside.
- Take
a bowl and add tomatoes, garlic clove, Rasam powder, coriander
leaves, black pepper and salt mix it well.
- Take
tamarind in water and squeeze it well and add it to the above
mixture.
- Heat
the pan with oil and fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves
and then add the above mixture, and
let it to boil for 5 min.
- Last add coriander leaves and remove it
from stove.
