Vegetarian Curry Recipes

RASAM

Tomato 2
Tamarind juice 1 1/2 cup
Black pepper 8
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Rasam powder 2 tbsp
Garlic clove 1
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
  • Cut tomato into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl and add tomatoes, garlic clove, Rasam powder, coriander leaves, black pepper and salt mix it well.
  • Take tamarind in water and squeeze it well and add it to the above mixture.
  • Heat the pan with oil and fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and then add the above mixture, and let it to boil for 5 min.
  • Last add coriander leaves and remove it from stove.
