Vegetarian Curry Recipes

MORE KULAMBU

Yogurt 1 cup
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chili 4
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Coconut grated 1/2 cup
Raw rice 2 tsp
Toor Dal 2 tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
  • Soak the rice and toor dal in a water for half an hour.
  • Take a bowl and add coconut, green chili, onion (small piece), garlic paste, soaked rice and toor dal, grind all these in a blender with little water, and keep it aside.
  • Mix these ground mixture with the yogurt and add salt and water and stir well.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry mustard seed, cumin seed, curry leaves. Then add the above mixture to it and mix well.
  • Keep stirring under the low heat for 5 min and it never boil.
