- Soak the
rice and toor dal in a water for half an hour.
- Take
a bowl and add coconut, green chili, onion (small piece), garlic
paste, soaked rice and toor dal, grind
all these in a blender with little water, and keep it aside.
- Mix
these ground mixture with the yogurt and add salt and water and
stir well.
- Heat
the oil in a pan and fry mustard seed, cumin seed, curry leaves. Then
add the above mixture to it and mix well.
- Keep
stirring under the low heat for 5 min and it never boil.
