- Drain the
water from the baby corn and put into the bowl.
- Add red chili
powder, garlic and ginger paste, corn flour, red food color and
salt.
- Mix well.
Keep it aside
for 4 hours.
- Deep fry the
marinated baby corn in the hot oil.
