Vegetarian Curry Recipes

CHILI BABY CORN

Baby corn 1 tin
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
Corn flour 2 tsp
Red food color a pinch
Salt
Oil
  • Drain the water from the baby corn and put into the bowl.
  • Add red chili powder, garlic and ginger paste, corn flour, red food color and salt.
  • Mix well.

    Keep it aside for 4 hours.
  • Deep fry the marinated baby corn in the hot oil.
  • Serve hot.
