- Cut
cauliflower into pieces. Cook the florets in water and drain the
water.
- Take
a bowl and add corn flour, rice flour, ginger and garlic paste and red
chili powder and salt, mix with little water and make thin batter.
- Dip
the florets in the batter and deep fry in hot oil. keep aside.
- Heat
the pan with 2 tsp of oil and add chopped onion , red chili, ginger,
garlic paste and salt. Stir fry for a min. Add 1 cup water and bring to
boil. Now add 1 tsp of corn flour and mix well.
- Add
the florets and soya sauce. Boil for 2 more min.
