- Grind
grated coconut, cumin seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, and
garlic - grind in the blender with little water.
- Cut
all the vegetables into small pieces and cook with 2 tbsp
curds and salt.
- Heat
the oil the pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seedsand
curry leaves.
- Add cooked vegetables and ground masala, salt
and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add curd and boil for10
minutes in medium flame.
