Vegetarian Curry Recipes

Grated Coconut 1
Cumin seeds 3 tsp
Green Chilies 10
Mustard Seeds 4 tsp
Beans 1 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Potatoes 1 cup
Drum Stick 2
Egg plant 1/2 cup
Snake Gourd 1/2 cup
Sour Curd 2 cup
Curry Leaves
Oil
Salt
  • Grind grated coconut, cumin seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, and garlic - grind in the blender with little water.
  • Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and cook with 2 tbsp curds and salt.
  • Heat the oil the pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seedsand curry leaves.
  • Add cooked vegetables and ground masala, salt and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add curd and boil for10 minutes in medium flame.
