Vegetarian Curry Recipes

YUCA CURRY

Yuca root 1 (large)
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin seed 1/2 tsp
Mustard seed 1/2 tsp

Coconut Grated

3 tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
  • Cut yuca root into large pieces and let it boil in the water and cook until it becomes little tender. Drain the water and mash it lightly.
  • Take coconut, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin seed, curry leaves and grind this in a blender without adding water.
  • Mix this with the mashed yuca and add 1/4 cup of water and add salt, let it boil in the medium heat until the aroma comes out.
  • Heat the pan with the oil and fry mustard seed and curry leaves and add it to the yuca curry.
