- Cut
yuca root into large pieces and let it boil in the water and
cook until it becomes little tender. Drain the water and mash it
lightly.
- Take
coconut, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin seed, curry
leaves and grind this in a blender without adding water.
- Mix
this with the mashed yuca and add 1/4 cup of water and add salt,
let it boil in the medium heat until the aroma comes out.
- Heat
the pan with the oil and fry mustard seed and curry leaves and
add it to the yuca curry.
