- Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook until it become tender.
- Heat
the pan with oil and add chopped onion and fry till it turn
brown and addred chili powder and coriander powder, fry for
a few more seconds.
- Add chopped tomatoes and fry again on medium
heat for 3 minutes, till the tomatoes are tender.
- Then add the tamarind paste and boiled potato cubes.
- Sprinkle some
water and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- Cover and keep on low heat for 4 minutes.
- This can be served with rice or chapatti.
