- Grind
the onion, tomato, green chili, garam masala, cinnamon, cloves, chili
powder into fine paste with adding little water. Keep it aside.
- Cut
the capsicum into big pieces (1 inch).
- Heat
the pan with oil and add capsicum pieces and salt. Fry
for 5 min.
- Heat
another pan with the oil and add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and the
ground paste, cook until the aroma comes out.
- Now
add the fried capsicum and cook until the capsicum is cooked.
- Garnish
with the chopped coriander leaves and slit green chilies.
