- Heat
the pan and add channa dal, coriander seeds, peanuts and red
chili, fry without adding oil. And grind the fried ingredients
into powder.
- Cut
all the vegetables into small pieces.
- Heat
the pan with oil and add mustard seeds fry for a min and add
chopped onion fry until it becomes golden brown.
- Add all the cut
vegetables, turmeric powder, salt and 1 cup water.
- Cook
until the vegetables become soft.
- Add ground masala powder,
asafoetida and mix well.
- Cook
in the medium heat for 2 min.
- Garnish
with chopped coriander leaves.
