- Boil the
potaotes and remove the skin and smash well and keep it aside.
- Heat the pan
with the oil and add coriander seeds, channa dal, red chilies and
fry until it becomes golden brown.
- Now grind
these fried ingredients with the grated coconut with adding little
water.
- Heat another
pan, add the ground ingredients and add mashed potato,mix well.
- Add salt and let it boil for few minutes.
- Garnish with
the chopped coriander leaves.
