Vegetarian Curry Recipes

BLENDED SPINACHM

Spinach 3 cups chopped
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Red chili 2
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
  • Wash and clean the spinach leaves. and chop them finely.
  • Heat the pan with water and add spinach and let it cook until it becomes smooth. Do not drain the water.
  • Then blend the cooked spinach and salt in the blender.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Heat the pan with the oil and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, red chili, curry leaves fry for a min and then remove the heat.
  • Now add the blended spinach, mix well.
